Obtain a King James Bible
Why?  Because this was the one God used, just now, to show you how to be saved, born again.
Some of the dollar stores have them for $1.  The reason why they are so inexpensive is they are not copyrighted.  If a company is charging more because they have a copyright, it sounds like it was ...
* conceived for money
* worded for money
* pushed on the public for money

Find a church ...
using the King James Bible in its preaching and teaching.  The use of this Bible does not make it a good church, but churches using the this Bible are more apt to be churches who care about their community and spread the good news of the new birth.
If there is not one in your home town, go to a Baptist Church.  Since you know what you read earlier about salvation is true, because you have the changed heart to prove it, you will want to go where this salvation plan is commonly expressed.  Baptist Churches typically help lead the unsaved to salvation and show them what to do next. 

Tell the pastor ...
what happened to you and ask what must be done next.
